2017 Fall Trends

Hey Guys!

Well, ladies...it's the time of the year again! Fall! You know what that means!? Pumpkin Spice Latte's are officially publicly acceptable sip on. I mean, we're still going to be called "basic" but really, who cares! Once again we all need to assess our wardrobes and see what we have — and don’t have — for the upcoming season. I have compiled a "to-the -point list" of this season's fall trends as well as some more affordable options.

Happy shopping!

1. Mules

Wear these ladies. Mules were huge this spring/summer and it looks like they are a hit this fall too! pair them with jeans, pants, skirts, dresses...you get the point. This shoe is a must have!

2. Red

Red is officially the color this fall! It was definitely big at this year's NYFW (i'm dying that I couldn't go). Everyone has been calling the trend, "power red". You will definitly be seen when rocking this trend.

3. Victorian collars

This is one of my favorite trends! I've seen so many versions of the Victorian collars (AKA high neck collars) while shopping online. V-neck necklines are so yesterday! These modest necklines definitely give vintage vibes and are easy to rock in the workplace.

4. Plaid

Plaid is in ladies...as it seems it always is for the fall season. Oh well, what's not to love!? The smaller gray-tone plaids are what I saw all over the runway.

5. Newsboy Hats

This is a trend that i'm still dying to try! This is yet another vintage look that i'm loving. Hats always seem to add an extra touch of magic, refinement, or edge to any outfit.

6. Vintage Furs

There is something so glam about fur...faux fur that is! Many designers opted to go bolder and add color to their furs than the typical neutral tones we used to see. I think fur adds a little glam & flamboyance to any look.

7. Velvet

I've seen so many velvet pieces and i'm really surprised that I hopped on this trend. Bold coloured velvet, especially, made it's presence known. Colors like electric blue, soft pink, and canary yellow were seen over-and-over again on the runway.

8. camo print

The camo print commands attention. I've seen camouflage everywhere and i'm not hating it in the least bit! I've already purchased camo pants that I can't wait to style. I love to mix the print with neutrals and even metallics!
