So obviously, this post is all about this beautiful peach/apricot top! Now satin isn't the easiest fabric to wear. It often wrinkles easily and can emphasize every lump or bump that you don't really want to display. BUT when I saw this top, I fell in love with everything about it: the color, material, fit, sleeves...especially the sleeves! Plus, I am a sucker for anything off-the-shoulder.
This Spring, I have been loving peachy/orange hues which is surprising because I used to despise the color. I'm even wearing orange on the lips. Never say never I guess! I decided to tone down the look of the satin with some cropped black jeans that have a raw edge at the bottoms (trending). I paired this look with wood blocked heels to dress it up a bit since I was going out for a girls night.
When wearing peach, I love to pair it with gold accessories to play up the spring/summer vibes. These Kendra Scott earrings complimented the look and added a little more flare. Style tip: when wearing satin, it's better to keep the look minimal and let the fabric do all the talking!
